SCHOMBERG CHRISTMAS CRAFT SHOW2013Craft Show InformationDESCRIPTIONSchomberg Christmas Craft Show is a key part of “A Main Street Christmas” (“AMSC”) in Schomberg, Ontario. This isan annual event, on the first Saturday in December, which attracts nearly 5,000 visitors for the day. AMSC has a Victorianfeel, with street performers, carolers, children's entertainers, children's crafts, holiday creations and, of course, Santa Clausand his reindeer. You can find more information at www.schomberg.ca along with a downloadable Application Form forthe Craft Show.INFORMATIONDate of Show: Saturday, December 7, 2013Show Time: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pmRates:$25.00 for every 5’6” table or 5’6” spaceSet up:Noon to 3 pmTake down: 8:15 pm – 9 pmHydro:There is no additional charge for hydro but it is not available at all tables.Location in Hall: We will try to accommodate requests but CANNOT guarantee any location – please indicateon the application form your preference.Deadline for applying: October 1 st , 2013Notification:You will be notified by October 7 th , 2013 if your application is accepted.PAYMENT DETAILSDeposit:Payable to:Notification ofCancellation:Please send a cheque for the full amount of your show fee along with your Application Form.“Schomberg Village Association” and currently dated.If you have to withdraw from the show and receive a refund, please inform us in writing prior toNovember 1 st , 2013.After November 1 st no refunds will be given.APPLICATION RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE1. This is a quality non-juried craft show, only crafts handmade by the crafter/vendor are acceptable, butpurchased components may be used to complete the crafts.2. A description of your media is necessary to avoid excess of, or close proximity to, similar items at the show.3. Nothing can be attached to the Community Hall walls that would damage the Hall property, i.e. nails or pins.4. Vendors are responsible for collection of all taxes due on their craft sales.
