Land Class DescriptionsBooiaka:Booiaka is a cardio-dance workout that combineseasy to learn movements with an increase in cardio.It uses a fusion of Latin, Brazilian, Jamaican, Reggae,old-school, and hip hop dance styles with fun beats.Burn 30 Boot Camp:Who says they don't have time to get in a greatworkout? 30 minutes of high intensity cardioand weight circuits will give you the samebenefits as a traditional 60 minute class.Cardio Fit & Tone:If you like step classes, Fit Boxing, and Zumba, you'llenjoy this cardio/toning class that combines them all.Cycling:Experience a bike journey with no impact!
