PROVISIONAL BOOKING<br />
• A provisional booking will be held for 14 days<br />
at which time the relevant deposit is required.<br />
• If the event falls within 14 days full payment<br />
is required within 48 hours of the booking<br />
being made.<br />
• If the booking is not confirmed after 14 days<br />
the booking shall be released without notice.<br />
• The hotel is under no obligation to extend the<br />
booking, unless so confirmed by both parties.<br />
PAYMENT<br />
• A deposit of 50% of the booking value must<br />
be received on confirmation of the booking.<br />
Please be advised that this is non-refundable<br />
and non-transferable.<br />
• Full pre-payment is required one month in<br />
advance.<br />
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any<br />
booking if full pre-payment is not received<br />
one month prior to the event.<br />
• Proof of payment can only be confirmed on<br />
production of a valid receipt.<br />
CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS<br />
• In the event of a cancellation or reduction of<br />
numbers, money (deposit or full payment)<br />
cannot be offset against other services<br />
ie. beverage, wine or accommodation.<br />
• Additional numbers will only be catered for<br />

ACCOMMODATION<br />
• Bookings and rates are subject to availability.<br />
• All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit<br />
card or deposit.<br />
• A deposit of 50% of the booking value is<br />
required at the time of booking, with the full<br />

• For group bookings of 10 or more bedrooms<br />

if sufficient numbers are not booked. An<br />

CHRISTMAS ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE<br />
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of<br />
booking; full pre-payment is required one<br />
month prior to arrival. The deposit is nonrefundable<br />
and non-transferable.<br />
• This package is based on minimum numbers,<br />
therefore should it become necessary for us<br />
to cancel the reservation; <strong>Clontarf</strong> <strong>Castle</strong> will<br />
make a refund of all deposits paid in advance.<br />
• <strong>Clontarf</strong> <strong>Castle</strong> <strong>Hotel</strong> cannot accept<br />
responsibility for any additional costs or fees<br />
relating to such <strong>Christmas</strong> package or for any<br />
cancellation penalties due to non-refundable<br />
airfares.
