Members may be selected as3rd and 4th year medical students. Residents, facultyand administrators may also be recognized forhumanistic practice at various stages in their careers.What is humanism in medicine?Humanism in medicine describes relationshipsbetween physicians and their patients that arerespectful and compassionate.
