It is assumed that the computer hardware and software
currently installed at the Planning U nit will remain there,

with scftware programs and a recurrent budget for consumable
items suck as stationery, printer ribbons, and replacement

Office apace is required 20 accomodate between 10 and 15
people. A miniwdm, of two rauns must be air conditioned and dust
proof. One room should be large enough to serve as a classroom
for at least ten people. Three officer currently used by the
