3.7, Schedules and Repcrting<br />
This section describes the sequence of data collection and<br />
reporting activities, and the typs of information shared with<br />
de<strong>part</strong>sents within and WDA and other agencies. Copies of all<br />
reports are kept at the regional and national headquarters of<br />
the WDA Planning Unit. Full reports, and sections of some, are<br />
shared with other WDA de<strong>part</strong>ments, development projects, such as<br />
BRADP and the CRDP, and with the ministries of Agriculture and<br />
Plaxming.<br />
3.7.1, Baseline Surveys<br />
All baseline surveys should be completed within two to<br />
three months after community <strong>part</strong>icipation activities are begun.<br />

will be used in conntztion with t>e selection of villages for a<br />
well, and in the selection of a well site village within the<br />

3.7.2- Program Monitoring.<br />
Formal monitoring begins during the drilli~lg stage and<br />
visits should be nade to the well site while the drillin3<br />
operations are in progress ar.d while the civil works are under<br />
construction. No reports are involved, although .nformiition on<br />
proSlems and needs can be c~mmunicated to tho regional WDA<br />
office and other de<strong>part</strong>ments responsible for these activities.<br />
The mst-~onst~action Assessment Questionnaixe is<br />
administered shortly after the water system begins operation.<br />
