Youth Offending Service<br />
The team, which includes a community psychiatric<br />
nurse, Connexions advisors and careers advisors,<br />
seeks to improve the lives <strong>of</strong> young people at risk <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong>fending and social exclusion and those within the<br />
criminal justice system. The team aims to reduce<br />
high levels <strong>of</strong> young people in custody and to allow<br />
equal access to <strong>services</strong> for all young people.<br />
All agencies are involved and include staff from police,<br />
probation, social <strong>services</strong>, education and health.<br />

YWCA Vineries – Young Women’s Project<br />
The project provides opportunities, support and<br />
information to young people (aged 11 to 30)<br />
who are economically, educationally and socially<br />
disadvantaged or at risk, vulnerable and isolated.<br />
