Stop <strong>Hate</strong> UK (24­hour helpline)<br />

They provide a 24­hour helpline for <strong>Barking</strong> and<br />

<strong>Dagenham</strong>. The helpline <strong>of</strong>fers immediate support<br />

for victims <strong>of</strong> hate incidents and providing a method<br />

<strong>of</strong> reporting alternative to the Police.<br />

They can help you deal with legal, money and other<br />

problems. They can provide help in French, Urdu,<br />

Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi and German. They are open<br />
