The Philippine Health Insurance Corporati<strong>on</strong> shall support the implementati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> PIDSRin hospitals and private practiti<strong>on</strong>ers by using its accreditati<strong>on</strong> authority andreimbursement <strong>of</strong> claims as a leverage to encourage compliance. A letter ormemorandum from PHIC shall be issued to this effect.8
