You can lock either the left or the righttine, and this will help when stacking.The sliding runners are serviceable and manufacturedin high-quality polyethylene, and do not requirelubrication. The sliding surfaces are vertical to stop thedirt from sticking. The result is reduced friction, silentmovements, minimal wear and longer service life.IMPLEMENTS FOR BALESFlexibal is a strong and very flexible implement. Thearms are operated hydraulically, with the steel tubesrolling under the bale. The implement arms are mounted on heavyduty hinges that have replaceable bushings. You can lock either the leftor the right implement arm, but there is still some movement left, andthis makes it possible to stack bales tightly without damaging the plasticwrapping round the bale. Additionally the implement arms are designedin such a way that it is easy to reverse away from the bale and this isadvantageous when bales have to be stacked tightly. The uniquely curvedand rounded shapes as well as the 90 mm tubes contribute greatly to thevery careful handling of both lying and standing bales. Of special note arethe long, curved tubes, formed out of one piece, without any sharp edges orwelded joints. The upper extension to the tube is a special feature for Ålö,and it gives improved support when handling lying bales.BalREDSKAPIMPLEMENTS FOR BALESUnigrip has well proven design and a low net weight. It is used for thesame tasks as Flexigrip. The choice between these two implementsdepends on the work routines of the individual user. Unigrip is also wellsuited for smaller square bales (80 x 80 - 130-160 cm). The implementarms distribute the pressure evenly over a large area, and this ensurescareful handling of the bales. Unigrip gripping arms are made of largediameter tubes and have no sharp edges or welded joints. A very powerfuluniversal implement with high work throughput. Well suited for silage aswell as for many other demanding grabbing and scooping tasks.Powergrab is first of all designed for handling silage, but is also suitablefor various grabbing and scooping work in agriculture, council and lessercontract work.When taking silage, the Powergrab is angled down at about 45 degreesinto the silage, and this gives the maximal yield possible when the grabberis closed. The design of the teeth in the grab and in combination withrotating the grab downwards, creates an even block of silage withoutcreating any air pockets and generating heat in the silage. The conicalshape of the Powergrab makes filling and emptying a simple job. All thematerial is easily accessible, even along the walls, since the grabber partopens considerably.Note! Multibenne The perfect all-round implementSELECTO FIXSilograb ®SILAGE IMPLEMENTSIf you have a diet feeder that has to be loaded withvarious feeds, Multibenne is your best choice. Therequirements and demands to which we have paidparticular attention are: It should be perfectly suitedfor its purpose – namely silage handling. Therefore thesides are tapered so that they can be inserted moreeasily into the silage. When the implement crowdedback the side plates are utilised so that loose materialis not lost. A relatively short bottom section makes iteasier to fill the bucket, all the way to the back. In thisway, the centre of gravity moves towards the loader,and when unloading into high-sided vehicles, thebucket tip does not enter too far into them. The closedbottom section and the close spacing of the tines resultin reduce losses from spillage.The closed bottom piece of the bucket ensures thatall the material is always completely gathered up.Multibenne, designed according to the same principlesas Silograb, can handle many different types of fodder,and manure as well. The closespacing of the tines practically eliminates the spillingof silage. The tines are mounted in a box section withwelded sleeves. The tines make a circular motionthrough the material, which produces the cleanest cut,the least power requirement and the longest servicelife for the tines. In addition, the material is pressedagainst the back of the implement when the tines arelowered, keeping the silage in place even when drivingover uneven terrain.SELECTO FIXAll models have two hydraulic cylinders. On thelarge models the cylinders are 15% larger than on thesmaller models. The grapple arm is mounted to the rear ofthe bucket, and this contributes to the power of thisimplement. The moving upper section of press-formedprofiles is fitted with sturdy bearings, three-layer bearingsand heavy pivot pins with heavy-duty locks. Thesection with the powerful teeth is bolted on. Stress andtorsion forces are in this way transmitted to the entireimplement. The teeth (version T) are simply attached inthe bucket bottom. The protective mesh is a safety devicethat prevents material from falling onto the tractor(optional extra). It is strongly recommended especiallySELECTO FIXif the loader is without parallel linkage or for tractorswithout a cab. Bucketsfor all needsAll buckets are conical and easy tofill, because the material does nothave to be forced into the bucket.The conical, “hopper-shaped”design also allows for rapid andcomplete emptying of the bucket.Whatever your needs are or whatdemands you have, you will beable to find your new bucket in ourrange. There are a total of sevendifferent models and 24 versions.There is also a special, high-tipbucket and a grading bucket.THE NON-SPILL BUCKETThe buckets have a rounded bottomand conical shape. Numerous smallfolds make for a durable bucket, and theconical design allows for simple filling andcomplete emptying.The sides have sidereinforcements that makethem even stronger. At thevery bottom there is welded atriangular wear-piece, whichsimultaneously stabilisesthe cutting edge. On the HDbuckets, this wear-piece runs allthe way up along the side.The upper edge of the bucket back ends witha U-beam. On the HD and HDV buckets thisarea has an additional angle profile weldedall along the width of the bucket.All buckets have extremely durable cutting edges (500 HB). Dependingon bucket model and size, 12, 16 or 20 mm thick and 100, 150 or 200mm wide cutting edges are used. Therefore our bucketshave sides that are laser-cut. The result is abucket design where the rear edge and thefront edge in particular are especially high. It isnow possible to fill the bucket completely.
