Engagement of theclutch is controlled by aproportional and adjustableengagement system. Thisguarantees a smooth uptakeof power to front mountedimplements. When disengagedthe PTO is braked butto help connection of machinesthe PTO output shaftfeatures the ECON connectionsystem. ECON allowsthe user to manually turn theoutput shaft through 60 degwhen linking up a machine.The PTO has its own integratedoil system requiringno external oil supply fromthe tractor. Fitting times ofthe PTOs are reduced andreliability is increased withthis system.

RamsAll rams have a hardenedand chrome plated ramrods.At the ends of theram are industrial greasableand replaceable bearings.These bearings guaranteea long life without play onthe rams.FinishingAll parts of the linkageare de-burred and hotphosphated before beingelectro-statically sprayedwith two component paint.Ball endsAll Zuidberg’s front linkageshave, except for a fewmodels, ball hook ends withballs included. This allowssafe and reliable mountingand dismounting of implements.Lift frameStrength and design characterizethe cast iron baseframe. The lift frame ismanufactured from nodularcast iron, which guaranteesoptimum rigidity. In foldedposition the arms are foldedin towards the tractor. Thecompact construction providesthe user with excellentserviceability and integrationwith the tractor.Multi-ValveThe Multi-Valve can be setto work the linkage eitheras single acting or doubleacting. The linkage can alsobe locked hydraulically in itstransport position.Lift armsThe solid arms are manufacturedof special, highqualitysteel. The lift armshave three different positions(fixed, float and folded).The arms can be changedinto locked, float and foldedpositions by the hardenedlocking pin.For almost every type of tractorthere is a Zuidberg FrontPTO available. Zuidberg providethe broadest range ofFront PTO’s available. Forhigher power delivery applicationsthe Zuidberg PTOis supplied with an oil cooler.The oil cooler allows thegearbox to maintain correctoperating temperatures evenin extreme operating conditions.The PTO output shaftis braked when disengagedeliminating shaft drag incold conditions.Due to the customizeddesign of the Front PTOsystems each input driveshaft is designed with servicein mind. Using differentdriveshaft combinationreplacement of items suchas V belts is made easier.
