3 November 2014Guy ScottInterim President of Zambiahttp://www.pf.org.zm/index.php/contact-uszamfohr@zamnet.zm, foreignlsk@zamnet.zmmilnermakuni@mct.gov.zm, info@moh.gov.zm, ps@moh.gov.zmmwelsh@fhi360.org, registry.zm@undp.orgdelegation-zambia@eeas.europa.euPresident Scott,Re: covert depopulation measuresFirst of all, I would like to express my condolences on the passing of President Sata and to welcome hisbodily remains back home.Zambia has resisted all pressures to join the Global Depopulation Policy and this makes you a veryunique country and one worthy of the highest respect in my estimate. Even though you became a UNmember state in 1964, the year of your independence, you have not become a part of the monstrosity theinternational system represents. Your government and institutions have not been perverted by itsmentality of death. Your people have not been morally degraded by its psychosocial and economicmanipulations or physiologically degenerated by its chemical and biological poisons. And your nationalsoul has not been warped and stained by atrocities committed in the name of international peace anduniversal prosperity. You have the unparalleled advantage of being able to start upon the long and tortuous road of populationstabilization with a clean slate and without skeletons in the closet. To discern the truth from lies, to learnfrom the experiences of other nations, and to do it right from the very beginning, I urge you to use mywork which is freely available here: http://uvic.academia.edu/KevinGalalae.Your low population density (17.2 people per km 2 ) and fertile land have buffered Zambia from social andeconomic disaster. Nevertheless, more than two thirds of your people live below the poverty line; hungerstruck your nation in 2002 when nearly 3 million Zambians faced severe food shortages and extremehunger; and your economic growth rate cannot support the rapid population growth that is fueled by atotal fertility rate that has remained unchanged since times immemorial at 6 children per woman. Thismeans that unless you institute an effective population control program without delay you will soon facefamine again and will never escape the poverty trap.In 2002, in the hour of your need, the international community came to your aid with sterilizing GMOs tofeed the hungry, which the government of the time was smart to reject. In the future, you will not be in aposition to reject sterilizing food aid or to protect your people from a new wave of death and diseaseengineered by the UN and its western backers, as we are witnessing today in Western Africa with the961 | P a g e
