I urge you to abandon all covert methods of depopulation and to adopt legislation instead. Sinceonly 9% of your landmass is usable for agriculture and your population already exceeds the landavailable, the islands already suffer from deforestation, erosion and landslides, and watershedsare being degraded, you have no choice but to pursue population control until you reachreplacement level fertility and your population stops growing.But you do have a choice in how to accomplish this necessary demographic transition. If youcontinue to use western methods and covertly sterilize generation after generation, your peoplewill become as intellectually and genetically degraded as westerners are and will eventually losethe ability to reproduce, as is already the case with more than a quarter of all westerners.More than this, the entire governing structure will be perverted and dependent on lies anddeception and the rule of law and any democratic aspirations you might have will be squashedbefore they even begin to be realized, as is the case throughout the western world.Avoid the mistakes made by the UN and its western backers and you will have a bright future.Repeat them and you will end up in front of a firing squad.
