But I cannot condonethe methods because they are illegal and unnecessary. That is why I urge you to legislate family size andto empower your people to take charge of their reproductive rights and control them of their own volitionfor the sake of their children’s future.Once Uzbeks are educated about the bitter realities of overpopulation and the impending demise of all lifeon earth unless we reduce the numbers of the human species to half of what it is today within a century,they will be the nation’s greatest asset and not the government’s primary targets, for that is what a changefrom covert to overt population control entails.
