17 January 2015Yayi Boni, President of Beninhttp://www.boniyayi.bj/, beninewyork@gmail.comhttp://www.gouv.bj/contact, https://www.facebook.com/docteurboniyayiPresident Boni,Re: depopulation measuresBenin has not joined the Global Depopulation Policy despite being independent from Francesince 1960 and becoming a UN member state the same year. This puts Benin in the fortunateposition of being able to pursue open population control without having to first confess to havingcommitted genocide.Considering that Benin’s population grew from 2.5 million in 1960 to nearly 10 million todayand that the total fertility rate is nearly unchanged at 5.5 children per woman, no one canquestion the need for population control in Benin. This being the case, Benin can pursuepopulation control openly, legally and fairly by legislating replacement level fertility. Of course,Benin will not be able to accomplish this without first changing the entire international order, which is based on covert depopulation measures and coerced globalization. How to reform theUN so that we can save our children from genocide and have genuine international peace and notjust peace by poison, I describe in my recently published book, The Future of GlobalGovernance.I hope that you will support my effort to reform the UN system by empowering your ambassadorto the UN, Mr. Zinsou, to call for reform. I also hope that you will use my work to educate yourpeople of why they need to assume control over their reproductive systems.
