The man responsible for introducing covert methods of depopulation in the UAE in 1971 isPresident Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (1971-2004). During his reign the total fertility ratedecreased from almost 7 to just 2.2 children per woman and did so without the use ofcontraceptives and therefore entirely due to covert methods of chemical sterilization.The contraceptive prevalence rate has never exceeded 27% during the reign of Emir Al Nahyanand contraceptives were non-existent prior to the 1990s. More recent data is publiclyunavailable but there is no reason to believe that it has gone up. On the contrary, lack of publiclyavailable data most likely means a decrease in contraceptive use. And since this decrease incontraceptives has occurred at the same time as a decrease in fertility, it becomes necessary toconceal the contraceptive prevalence rate in order to hide the true reason for the fertility decline,namely water, food and beverages adulterated with endocrine disruptors.901 | P a g e
