The fact that your government has allocatedfour times more money for vaccines for the period 2010 to 2015 then for the 2006 to 2009 periodsignals your intention to reduce your people’s fertility down to replacement level via anintensified vaccination program.Considering that Turkmenistan’s population has grown from 1.2 million people in 1950 to 5million today, I can understand your government’s decision to stop the population from growingbut I warn you that if you continue to do it by subverting your people’s fertility under the pretextof improved healthcare, without their knowledge or consent, you will face charges of crimesagainst humanity within a few short years.You are an elected official and have no mandate to decide who has children, when and howmany. You have therefore assumed powers that you are not entitled to and that constitutegenocide. You should also keep in mind that the days of the UN and its agencies are numberedbecause I have exposed their genocidal actions and civil society is awakening to the horror. Assuch, their technical and moral support will no longer be there once we begin arresting the highranking officials of the UN, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and other organizations involved in theglobal genocide.I urge you to be proactive and break rank with this coalition of forces that have committedgenocide since 1945 and to legislate population control.
