25 September 2014Philippe Léopold Louis MarieKing of the BelgiansElio di RupoPrime Minister of Belgiuminfo@premier.fed.be, http://premier.be/en/get-touchKing Philippe and Prime Minister Rupo,84 | P a g eRe: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measuresIn previous centuries, Belgium was the battlefield of Europe’s bloody wars. In the latter half of the 20 thcentury, Belgium became the battlefield of the conflicting ideologies with respect to the substitute to warsettled upon in 1945 and pursued since then as a secret war on human fertility.I put an end to the secrecy. You must put an end to the war. If you fail to do your duty and protect yourpeople and the world from the engineered extinction of the vast majority of the human species, you willgo down in history as members of the most odious coalition of mass murderers, a distinction that I amcertain you do not wish to take to your graves, especially since Belgium is one of only two Europeanstrongholds against genocide and held out the longest. The Belgian government deserves praise for refusing to institute domestic measures of covert populationcontrol until 1971 and for abandoning them in 1989. It does not deserve praise however for its policy ofsee no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, thus for allowing adulterated food imports from other EUcountries to reduce the total fertility rate of the Belgian people and for sickening them in the process andenfeebling their minds. While you are not directly responsible for poisoning your people’s food with endocrine disruptors, youare personally responsible for failing to tell your people that they are at the receiving end of a globalprogram of genocide dictated by the UN and enabled by the EU authorities and by every government inEurope. There is a better way. Legislate population control. The Belgian people have had low fertility rates forover a century and will easily accept a two-child policy. I am in the process of forging global consensusfor a worldwide population control law, which is inevitable and the only way to protect humankind fromgenocide and rescue our democracies and our planet.I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how to set an example for the world to follow. SinceBelgium is home to the main EU institutions and to NATO’s headquarters, being the first to legislatepopulation control would be symbolically crucial and send positive ripples throughout the world.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness
