19 October 2014Emomalii RahmonPresident of Tajikistanhttp://www.president.tj/enKokhir RasulzodaPrime Minister of Tajikistanimmun@rci.tajik.net, immun_ibod@tojikiston.comPresident Rahmon and Prime Minister Rasulzoda,Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measuresTajikistan joined the Global Depopulation Policy in 1994, three years after gaining independencefrom the Soviet Union, and the total fertility rate has declined from 5.5 to 2.8 children perwoman today.Tajikistan’s population has grown an astoundingeightfold since 1950 and numbers 8.2 million peopletoday. With a birth rate that is four times higherthan the death rate the population continues to growrapidly and the country experiences acute foodshortage problems that affect 10% of the people.Since 70% of Tajiks are under the age of 30 thecountry is facing a demographic catastrophe.Already 20% of Tajiks live below the poverty lineof US$1.25 per day and more than 70% of thepopulation lives in traditional villages.Your government began to wage war on the people’s fertility under the guise of a Program forImmunoprophylaxics that is chemically sterilizing circa 165.000 women per year with theTetanus Toxoid vaccine and renders countless males sub-fertile or infertile through adulteratedPneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccines. The organizations responsible for this covert genocide are the Global Alliance for Vaccines andImmunization (GAVI), the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Children’sFund (UNICEF), the Tajik Ministry of Health (MoH), and MERLIN (a British Charity). Theycommit crimes against humanity and break national and international law under your authorityand with the full knowledge and consent of your government, but without the knowledge orconsent of the Tajik people.821 | P a g e
