The man responsible for first implementing covert methods of depopulation in South Africastarting in 1963 is the same man responsible for creating the Apartheid system, Prime MinisterHendrik Verwoerd (1958-1966). After his assassination in 1966 his successors have continuedwhere he left off: Balthazar Johannes Vorster (1966-1978) and Pieter Willem Botha (1978-1984). These three individuals reduced South Africa’s total fertility rate from 6.5 children perwoman prior to 1963 to 4.3 children per woman.Until 1984 the presidents of South Africa were only ceremonial figures and may or may not bearresponsibility for the depopulation genocide. But after 1984 they were solely in charge of thecountry. They are: Pieter Willem Botha (who continued as President where he left off as PrimeMinister and was in office from 1984 to 1989) and Frederik Willem de Klerk (1989-1994), thelast president of the Apartheid state.
