After independence the population control program continued without interruption under theauspices of the UN, but with the full knowledge and support of the freely elected governments that havecome and gone. As a result of this policy of covert population control, the total fertility rate dropped from5 children per woman prior to 1966 to 2.1 by 2010.There is no doubt that population control has been good for the Seychelles economically and socially, butnot physiologically and politically as it has done irreparable harm to the human genome and has pervertedthe rule of law and the social contract, rendering democracy a sham and government illegitimate.If you continue in this fashion you will make room for nature by annihilating all genetic lineages of theSeychellois, as varied and wonderful as they are. I am providing you with a far better option, that ofequilibrium between man and nature without sacrificing humanity. But this option requires leadership toforge a new course and reform the international system as I have outlined in my just published document,The Future of Global Governance. I urge you to empower your UN ambassador, Ms. Marie-LouisePotter, to start the process.It also requires that people are told the truth and educated in record time so they can take control overtheir reproductive systems and curtail them to replacement level fertility, which must be enshrined ininternational law as a Planetary Security Prerogative from now until the end of time.
