As a result, the crude birth rate decreased from 35 children per 1000 peoplein 1960 to 25 in 1983 and to just 12 today. Three times fewer children are born today than priorto 1960 when the depopulation program began.The island’s overall population has been decreasing for the past forty years partly due toemigration and most recently due to sub-replacement level fertility, which Saint Kitts and Nevisreached in 2010. Despite these successes – and the fact that the current total fertility rate is only1.8 children per woman – your government still considers the rates of population growth andfertility to be too high and has a policy of intervention aimed at reducing these rates even further.Since the contraceptive prevalence rate in Saint Kitts and Nevis in 1984 was only 37%, the dropin fertility from 35 to 25 births per 1000 could only have been accomplished through involuntarysterilization through vaccines administered under various pretexts. Equally, the drop in fertilityfrom 25 to 12 births from 1984 to today can only be attributed to the covert sterilization of thepopulace through food imported from North America and adulterated with endocrine disruptors(fluoride, BPA, and artificial sweeteners) to subvert people’s fertility. This explains why since1985 your country, despite being fertile and ideal for growing crops, has been a net foodimporter and between 1991 and 1995 your agricultural trade deficit doubled.President Douglas, I do not for a second doubt that your island nation, which has the smallestlandmass in the Americas, needs to control population growth and reach an optimal population.687 | P a g e
