Covert depopulation measures were first introduced in Bahrain by Emir Isa bin Salman AlKhalifa, who reigned from 1961 to 1991, and have been continued without interruption by hisson and successor, the current King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa.As an absolute monarchy, with pretenses of being a constitutional monarchy, power belongsentirely to the ruling family, the Al-Khalifa clan. Therefore, the responsibility for poisoning theBahraini people falls also entirely on the shoulders of the ruling family.The Al-Khalifa rulers are acting undoubtedly under heavy pressure from the UN and theinternational community as well as due to resource pressures caused by water scarcity andcomplete dependence on imported food. Bahrain’s extremely high population density posesadditional problems and gives irresistible impetus for aggressive population control measures.67 | P a g e
