Peace Without Poison

Well, I put an end to the insanity by freeing the truth and am pulling mankind back from thebrink and putting our human civilization, which has become inhuman, back on its axis fromwhere it has been unhinged in 1945 by the noblest intentions, namely to preserve futuregenerations from the scourge of war by embarking on a new geopolitical paradigm. Despite thesoundness of the new paradigm, which seeks to stabilize the global population so that nationsnever again run out of resources and have to resort to wars of necessity, the outcome is not theone that was originally intended because no one could foresee that structural obstacles stood inthe way of open population control. No one wanted peace by poison, yet that is what we haveinherited from our fathers and grandfathers since they could not convince the world to havepeace through responsible personal behavior.Having outgrown our planet by our insatiable needs and intemperate numbers nature now givesus no other alternative than to declare replacement level fertility a Planetary Security Prerogativeand enshrine it in international law from now until the end of time.Portugal has been a model global citizen and has shown leadership countless times in the past.This is the time to show leadership once again and use your voice at the UN to initiate the deepstructural reforms of the international system that our circumstances dictate in a manner andtowards goals that I have outlined in my just published document, The Future of GlobalGovernance.
