Whatever offspring will come into the world willbe severely degraded both genetically and intellectually. And instead of completing thedemographic transition and settling into a steady population state at optimal levels yourpopulation will collapse and no one, not even God, will be able to bring it back from oblivion.What a terrible way that would be for a country with such a long, proud and illustrious history toend! Portugal has controlled the fate of nations and people across the world for 600 years only toterminate itself through slow mass poisoning.
