9 December 2014Peter O'Neill, President of Papua New Guineahttp://www.pm.gov.pg/index.php/contact-uspngmission@pngun.org, webmaster@health.gov.pgPrime Minister O’Neill,Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measuresPapua New Guinea joined the Global Depopulation Policy in 1975, the same year it gained itsindependence and became a UN member state, and the total fertility rate has decreased from 6.3 childrenper woman to 3.8 as of 2014.With more than 800 indigenous languages and just as many cultural groups, the country is a nightmare togovern and since 82% of the people live in rural and remote areas and are self-sufficient the country is allthe more difficult to control in terms of population growth, which is why the UN and its western sponsorshave resorted to germ warfare. As in Africa, the UN has used immunizations to infect Papuans with thehuman immunodeficiency virus, which has spread like wildfire due to the widespread practice of rape andgang rape in Papuan society and now nearly 2% of the population is infected. In recent times, however, the UN and the international community prefer to subvert the reproductiverights of Papuans with the tetanus toxoid vaccine and with antimalarial drugs based on artemisinin, aknown sterilizer. Malaria being endemic in Papua New Guinea and the leading cause of death it providesthe perfect cover for the UN’s program of sterilization.Papua New Guinea is an ecological treasure and the world needs to preserve it, which is why Papuans, despite their natural lifestyles and isolation, are being aggressively targeted by the depopulation lobby.Yet despite the effort to control population growth nearly one-quarter of Papua New Guinea’s rainforestshave already been destroyed and if the same practices continue half the forests could be gone by 2021.But this is no excuse for involuntary sterilizations and genocide, especially since the devastation of theforests is caused by heavy demand for lumber from outside Papua New Guinea. That is why I urge you to legislate population control and to empower your people to assume control overtheir reproductive rights and natural resources before it is too late.
