Therefore, the sooner the internationalcommunity declares replacement level fertility a Global Security Prerogative the sooner we willsee no more bloodshed in the Middle East.The contraceptive prevalence rate in Gaza and the West Bank combined is still too low, at 50%,to make much of a difference in the total fertility rate.
