Everyone can understand that Palau, as an island nation with very limited resources, a 60%budget dependence on foreign aid, and 95% food dependence on foreign sources, has no choicebut to stabilize its population, but there is no need why it cannot do so legally, honorably andopenly.I therefore give you the opportunity to stop committing genocide and to start a national dialogueto legislate replacement level fertility.
