Norway’s second engineered demographic transition began in 1946, as soon as the total fertilityrate of the Norwegian people had recovered to nearly 3 children per woman after the SecondWorld War. Between 1946 and 1965 the government’s efforts were focused on keeping the totalfertility rate below three children per woman. After 1965, however, the government began usingfluoride supplements and fluoride veneers to subvert human fertility by chemically poisoning thehuman reproductive system to replacement level fertility.The goal was attained in 1975 and by 1984 the total fertility rate reached a lowest low of 1.66children per woman.
