Given the small sizeof Niue’s population and landmass, it is safe to assume that this decline was first accomplished throughcontraceptives and most recently through sterilizing vaccines administered under false pretenses.Ms. Va’aiga Tukuitonga was perfectly right in saying recently at the Pacific Islands Forum that familyplanning is depopulating the island and threatening the extinction of the Niuean people.
