As a result, the total fertility rate declined from 6 children per woman prior to1970 to 2.2 today.Since your government has only recently discussed restricting family size by law, the fertilitydecline accomplished since 1970 can only be attributed to covert methods of depopulation viachemical and biological means. This is of course the modus operandi of the internationalcommunity and the UN system, which has made population control central to maintaininginternational peace since 1945. But this is also genocide.Since replacement level fertility is absolutely necessary not only for international peace but alsofor sustainability, and since covert methods can no longer continue since I exposed them andshowed that they downgrade the genetic and intellectual endowment of mankind, the time hascome to bring the depopulation effort out in the open and enshrine replacement level fertility ininternational law as a Planetary Security Prerogative. This will allow governments to stoppoisoning their people into infertility and ill-health and will empower people to take control overtheir reproductive systems and restrict family size accordingly. That way we can have peacewithout poison, thus true peace and not just the illusion of peace.To accomplish this transition from covert to overt depopulation as well as sustainability we mustfirst reform the UN system, a process I outline in my just published book, The Future of GlobalGovernance. National leaders must also tell the people the truth and educate them so they canassume responsibility.
