27 November 2014Armando GuebuzaPresident of Mozambiquehttp://www.presidencia.gov.mz/index.php/contactosrodapeAlberto VaquinaPrime Minister of Mozambiquemozambique@un.inthttp://www.misau.gov.mz/index.php/contacte-nosPresident Guebuza and Prime Minister Vaquina,553 | P a g eRe: covert depopulation measuresMozambique joined the Global Depopulation Policy in 1990 and its total fertility rate has decreased from6.4 to 5.1 children per woman. While there is little evidence of coerced or involuntary sterilization, yourgovernment must be extremely vigilant to ensure that the UN and its agencies as well as western NGOsand food aid are not fronts for subverting your people’s reproductive rights. One such concealed methodof depopulation is biotechnology.Mozambique is inviting disaster by opening the door to GMOs, which is what the 2011 NationalBiosafety Framework has done. GMOs are an abomination conceived by the genocidal lobby whichintends to starve billions to lower the global population and to blackmail governments by holding controlover food through proprietary seeds. Anyone who so much as suggests that Mozambique should plantGMO crops when 90% of the country’s arable land is uncultivated should be immediately stripped of hisor her office.Mozambique is a rich country with a low population density of just 28 people per square kilometer andplenty of uncultivated arable land. As such you have the luxury of time and the advantage of being ableto benefit from western experience so as not to copy the mistakes and the crimes committed by thedeveloped world in the name of necessary demographic objectives. At the same time Mozambique is ademographic time bomb with 66% of its people under 24 years of age and a fertility rate that unlesslowered immediately will double the country’s population every 20 years.Because your population has quadrupled since 1950, Mozambique has become trapped in poverty and hasbecome a primary target of the depopulation lobby which has inflicted heavy losses on your countrythrough the man-made HIV/AIDS pandemic that affects 16% of your people. Other such attacks willfollow unless you take control of your demographic destiny.Despite 8% annual GDP growth for the past ten years, Mozambique is just threading economic waters, which is why the people’s condition has not improved a bit and 80% continue to eke out a living throughsubsistence farming.
