As a result, the total fertility rate decreased from 4.6 children per womanprior to 1954 to replacement level fertility by 1984 and sub-replacement level fertility since1988. As elsewhere in Europe, this decline was accomplished through the adulteration of thebasic elements of life – water, food, beverages – with endocrine disruptors to subvert humanfertility and prevent the moment of conception.Your constitution describes Montenegro as a “civic, democratic, ecological state of social justice,based on the reign of law”. While you indeed have the highest biodiversity in Europe and are acivic society you cannot claim to have the rule of law or democracy so long as the governmentcommits genocide in order to comply with its international obligation with respect to populationcontrol. And since the entire western world is in the same boat and has yet to know democracyand the rule of law, the time has come to drop the charade and reform the international system sothat democracy and the rule of law are no longer subverted from the global governance level andour children sickened and enfeebled by state-sponsored mass poisoning perpetrated in the nameof peace.
