this task few countries in the world are better positioned than Monaco. I say this because nearlyhalf of Monaco’s people are over 55 years of age and only 12% under 14, the total fertility rate isan abysmal 1.5 children per woman, and because Monegasques are affluent and well educatedand therefore capable of understanding the need for replacement level fertility and of takingcontrol over their own reproductive rights so the government does not have to poison them toinfertility anymore.To shift from covert to overt population control methods, however, we must first reform the UNand the international system whose foundation is covert depopulation. How to reform the systemof global governance and why I describe in my just published and freely available book TheFuture of Global Governance. One way or another replacement level fertility will have to bedeclared a Global Security Prerogative and enshrined in international law. Only that will stopthe genocide and environmental devastation as well as provide a starting point fordecarbonization and ultimately make sustainability possible.To begin the process I urge you to instruct Monaco’s ambassador to the UN, Ms. Isabelle F.Picco, to call for UN reform.
