As a microstate located on the FrenchRiviera and bordered by France on three sides, Monaco has synchronized its depopulationprogram with that of France, being dependent on France for its food and water; both of which aredelivery methods for endocrine disruptors in order to impair fertility. That is why Monaco’spopulation pyramid is very similar to that of France and both countries are at the same stage intheir demographic transition.With a landmass of only 2.02 km 2 (0.78 sq. mi) and a population of 36,371, which results in apopulation density of 18,005/km 2 , by far the highest in the world, no one can condemn thegovernment of Monaco for instituting tough population control measures. The time has come,however, to put an end to covert methods of depopulation, because they downgrade the geneticand intellectual endowment of man and constitute genocide, and embrace overt methods and for533 | P a g e
