Peace Without Poison

Until 1991, the ravages visited on the Moldavian people can be ascribed to the Soviet leadership.Since then, however, Moldavians can thank their own elected leaders for poisoning them toinfertility and ill-health. The following presidents are responsible: Mircea Snegur (1990-1997),Petru Lucinschi (1997-2001), Vladimir Voronin (2001-2009, Mihai Ghimpu (2009-2010),Marian Lupu (2010-2012), and the incumbent Nicolae Tomofti (since March 2012).They have been assisted in genocide by the following prime ministers: Mircea Druc (1990-1991), Valeriu Muravschi (1991-1992), Andrei Sangheli (1992-1997), Ion Ciubuc (1997-1999),Dumitru Braghiș (1999-2001), Vasile Tarlev (2001-2008), Zinaida Greceanîi (2008-2009), VladFilat (2009-2013), and incumbent Iurie Leancă (since April 2013).To hide the use of covert chemical sterilization methods, Moldova’s leaders have increased thecontraceptive prevalence rate from nearly nothing to around 70%.529 | P a g e
