As a latecomer and reluctant partner, the country’s total fertility rate has declinedonly modestly from 6.6 to 4 children per woman during this time.Considering Mauritania’s precipitous population growth, which has seen its population swellfrom 1 million in 1960 to 3.5 million today, and equally precipitous growth in poverty, no onecan argue that your country does not need to depopulate. The question is how? I am providingyou with an alternative to the covert methods of depopulation via involuntary sterilizing vaccinespromoted by the UN and its western sponsors.This alternative is overt population control by legislating replacement level fertility at the globalgovernance level as a Planetary Security Prerogative. This is necessary not only to break free ofpoverty, but also to achieve sustainability.
