As a result, the total fertilityrate has declined from more than 7 children per woman prior to 1973 to 4.4 today. This declinehas been accomplished as elsewhere in Africa through adulterated vaccines administered bywestern NGOs and various UN organizations, and more recently through the malaria drugArtemisinin which is also a sterilizer.Considering that Madagascar’s population swelled from 4 million in 1950 to 22 million today, afivefold increase, and that 90% of your people live on less than two dollars a day, it is imperativethat population control continues until replacement level fertility is reached. But it mustcontinue the right way and not the wrong way, as is currently the case. Population control mustbe brought out into the open and replacement level fertility must be enshrined in internationallaw as a Planetary Security Prerogative from the global governance level so that people acrossthe world can limit their own fertility through safe methods of their own choosing.This change from covert to overt depopulation implies reform of the UN system along the lines Ihave proposed in my just published book, The Future of Global Governance. I urge you to readmy book without delay and to instruct your nation’s ambassador to the UN, Zina Andrianarivelo-Razafy, to call for reform so we can stop the global genocide.At the same time you must initiate a national effort to educate your people so they understandwhy replacement level fertility is necessary and indeed unavoidable.
