The international community has been chipping away at Liberia’s total fertility rate since 1990,when Charles Taylor (1997-2003), with help from the CIA, overthrew President Samuel Doe(1980-1990) and until 1997 threw the country in a state of disarray. But Taylor proved to beuncontrollable and after years of grooming, the international community placed Ellen JohnsonSirleaf in the presidential office in 2006.Due to lack of medical infrastructure after years of civil war, which prevented an effectivedepopulation program, the international community spread the Ebola virus in 2014 to sow fear ofa pandemic and loosen billions in aid from wealthy nations as well as create a state of quarantinein Liberia that would allow the depopulation lobby to sterilize all Liberians of reproductive agewith adulterated vaccines administered under the pretext of stopping the Ebola pandemic.From 1990 until 2014, Liberia’s total fertility rate decreased from 6.7 to 4.7 children per woman,despite virtually no contraceptive use.454 | P a g e
