Since the1960s, Lebanon’s total fertility rate decreased from 5.7 children per woman to 1.8.In 1983, to enable the use of contraceptives, Lebanon changed its anti-contraception law of 1920,and also allocated funds for family planning services, including sterilization. However, by thenwomen already had two children fewer than in 1965. Therefore, the steep decline in fertilitycannot be explained by the use of contraceptives, since the contraceptive prevalence rate is ratherlow in Lebanon even today (37% in 1996, 58% in 2002) and it was no more than 10% in the1980s. And in 1984, the government created the National Population Council to oversee theengineered depopulation effort.Since neither water nor salt fluoridation have ever been in use in Lebanon one can only concludethat the fertility decline from 1965 to 1985 was achieved through involuntary sterilizations bothsurgical and chemical. From 1985 until today, the fertility decline is the result of a combinationof covert methods of depopulation: fluoride supplements (Zymafluor), adulterated vaccines(most likely the meninggococcal vaccines MCV and MCV2, which is why nearly 80% of thepopulation is vaccinated), BPA ingestion from water and other beverages bottled in plasticbottles as well as from BPA-lined water pipes, fluoride veneers administered free of cost bymobile dental clinics as well as stationary dentists, and involuntary or coerced surgicalsterilizations. In 1997, the Lebanese government initiated the National Reproductive Health Program inconjunction with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to bring the total fertility ratebelow replacement level and achieved this goal in 2005.441 | P a g e
