To this end, I hope that you will join my effort to forge global consensus for a worldwidepopulation control law that is open, transparent and ethical, derives from the global governancelevel and serves as a Planetary Security Prerogative.This will enable us to save the world from genocide by replacing the existing covert, illegal andimmoral methods of depopulation and the devastating structural violence they engender withindividual responsibility for population control. The current methods cause terrible andirreversible damage to the genetic and intellectual endowment of humanity and forcegovernments to violate the rule of law and pervert democracy by turning the 1% against the 99%.An overt program of population control will empower individuals to assume responsibility forreplacement level fertility and use safe contraceptives of their own choosing.If this change does not occur soon, violence will erupt and the 1% who are responsible for thismacabre plan will be annihilated by the 99% in a global purge the likes of which the world hasnever seen. The 1% who now drive humankind into extinction by chemical, biological,bacteriological, psychosocial and economic methods that are diabolical, perverse and obscenewill be shown no mercy by the 99% unless the global genocide stops immediately, the truth istold, and the responsibility as well as the benefits of population control are shared.You will not get another opportunity to change course, which is why I hope, for your own sake,that you will give this issue your immediate and undivided attention.
