Five years before the war broke out the TFRof the Kosovars was still twice higher than that of the Serbians, namely 3.9 and 1.9 respectively.Kosovo has now almost reached replacement level fertility, which is undoubtedly, and for goodreasons, a condition for acceptance into the EU. While the government of Kosovo has beenpoisoning its own people in order to comply with the depopulation prerogative of theinternational framework for peace enforced by the UN and its agencies, I have been fighting aone-man war against this behemoth and have exposed its methods and means by dragging it outof the shadows and into the glaring light of truth where it is now disintegrating like a vampire.But since now the depopulation prerogative is more important than ever to the survival ofmankind and of our planet, as we have to reach sustainability, the time has come to shift fromcovert to overt depopulation measures. This is only possible if replacement level fertility isdeclared a Global Security Prerogative and enshrined in international law at the globalgovernance level, as I describe in my just published book, The Future of Global Governance, so417 | P a g e
