Pressed by the international community and by rising sea levels, the government of Kiribatiresumed covert depopulation measures in 1984 and the total fertility rate has consequentlydeclined from 5 children per woman in the 1980s to 2.6 today. This effort has been assisted byCuban doctors since 2006.The population of Kiribati is small at just 100,000 people and it will not be too difficult to movethe entire nation to the island of Vanua Levi, Fiji, on the 2,200 hectare Natoavutu Estate that thegovernment of Kiribati purchased from the government of Fiji in 2012 for the purpose ofevacuating the Kiribati people when the sea rise caused by climate change will swallow up yourentire island nation. As the first country predicted to be lost to climate change, and havingalready lost two islands, Kiribati has a different and painful perspective on the problemshumanity faces; a perspective that is yet to be shared by the dormant and apathetic masses thatare not yet directly impacted by the environmental destruction caused by the developed worldand, more recently, by developing nations.Indeed, since 2013, President Tong, you have been encouraging your people to migrateelsewhere rather than wait for the inevitable. But wherever your people go they will not be ableto escape the depopulation prerogative, which has been the principle pillar of internationalcohabitation since 1945 and the main reason why peace has been preserved and a third world waravoided. Despite the extraordinary accomplishments of the Global Depopulation Policy, itcannot continue by covert methods because poisoning innocents with chemical and biologicaltoxins over multiple generations degrades the genetic and intellectual endowments of mankindand leads to the extinction of the species. Already a quarter of the genetic lineages of Japan andthe western world, where covert depopulation has been in effect the longest, have been renderedincapable of reproduction and therefore once and for all shut down.405 | P a g e
