As a result, its total fertility rate declined from 8 children perwoman to 4.7 by 1998 when the program stalled due to the HIV epidemic, which diverted fundsfrom the family planning program.Until 2010, family planning was pursued honestly and honorably in Kenya and I could find noevidence of covert, coerced or forced sterilization practices, other than in large cities wherepeople’s reproductive systems are being covertly subverted through bisphenol A packaging,artificial sweeteners, other endocrine disruptors inserted in western food and beverage products,or through western food processing methods that find their way into the Kenyan market, theresult of which the total fertility rate in urban Kenya is a low 2.8 children per woman comparedto 5.2 children per woman in rural areas. I have no reason to believe, however, that the Kenyanleadership is aware of these covert methods of depopulation, which is why I urge you to accessmy work free of cost here: http://uvic.academia.edu/KevinGalalae.As of 2010, however, the Kenyan Government has committed itself during high-level meetingssuch as the National Leaders Conference for Population and Development, held in November2010, to covert, coerced and forced methods of depopulation and has altered the nation’sconstitution to make reproductive health care an intrinsic part of national policy goals so as to beable to fulfill the UN development agenda delineated by the Millennium Development Goals(MDG). This commitment, which has occurred without the people’s knowledge or consent, wasstrengthened in July 2011 at the Effective Community Approaches to Family Planning Meeting.Due to the illegal and immoral nature of the decisions made at these two high-level meetings thepublic is not allowed access to these policy documents.What these secret policy documents contain, however, is predictable given the limited methodsof covert depopulation available, all of which I have exposed in my work.
