As a result, the total fertility rate dropped fromnearly six children per woman to 2.4 today.First, forced surgical sterilizations (tubal ligations, mini-laparotomies, colpotomies and culdoscopies)were used on the hapless people starting during the administration of the 3 rd Prime Minister of Jamaica,Hugh Lawson Shearer, and administered as part of family planning services. Since 1987, fluoridated saltwas engaged by the 5 th Prime Minster of Jamaica, Edward Seaga, as the method of choice for subvertingpeople’s fertility, as throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Starting around 1990, BPA plasticshave been added, without the knowledge or consent of Jamaica’s ruling class let alone its people, to thearsenal of involuntary birth control throughout the island nation. And most recently, sterilizing vaccines(immunocontraception) administered under various pretexts are also used to target hard to reachpopulations in rural areas.Instead of continuing to poison your people into sterility, ill-health, stupidity, morbidity and early death,and thus commit genocide, I urge you to join me in forging global consensus for a worldwide populationcontrol law that would restrict human fertility to replacement level. This is the only way to rescue theplanet, combat poverty, prevent war, and safeguard the precious genetic and intellectual endowment ofthe human species along with the rights and liberties that are now brutally violated for the sake ofdefusing the overpopulation bomb.The genocidal lobby is finished and those who continue to cooperate in mass murder will soon face afiring squad.
