Even so international NGOs are employing adulteratedvaccines to subvert human fertility, which is why the total fertility rate has decreased from 7.5 childrenper woman prior to 1985 to 5 today.Given that the population has swelled from 3 million in 1950 to nearly 24 million today, an astoundingeightfold increase in less than seven decades, population control could not come soon enough to the IvoryCoast, but it need not be covert and damage human health. Instead it must proceed legally, openly andfairly so that everyone has a chance to reproduce, but no one can have more than two children. Onlyreplacement level fertility can ensure that the population stabilizes and that we accomplish sustainabilityand save ourselves and the world from destruction.Replacement level fertility will soon be recognized as a Planetary Security Prerogative and enshrined ininternational law. Before this takes place, however, we must first reform the UN and bury its politicalculture of secrecy and deception.
