30 September 2014Fuad MasumPresident of Iraqhttp://www.egov.gov.iq/egov-iraq/index.jsp?sid=17&fid=%20Haider al-AbadiPrime Minister of Iraq, egov.c.sec@egov.gov.iqPresident Masum and Prime Minister Abadi,Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measuresYour country and your people are in the eye of the storm and are suffering like no other people on earthtoday. The only solace I can give the Iraqi people is an explanation for your country’s predicament.Iraq and all countries of the Arabian Peninsula and of North Africa straddle one of the world’s most aridregions, but have some of the world’s highest fertility rates and therefore rapidly growing populations. The only reason the region survives is its oil wealth. Iraq’s total fertility rate stands at five children perwoman, which is totally unsustainable for a country with hardly any arable land and 32 million people tofeed. Much the same demographic situation prevails elsewhere in the region. The international community had to intervene in the region and dismantle the existing governments aswell as the conservative values of Muslims with respect to family size because the region is running outof oil and the world needs to switch rapidly to renewable energy sources. The world cannot switch torenewable energy sources, however, until such time as the region is integrated in the global market andthe economies of the region are diversified away from oil and gas in advance of hydrocarbons beingabandoned as the primary source of global energy. If the world were to switch to renewable energy sources before the region is integrated and diversified, allthe countries now dependent solely on oil and gas for their income would collapse and their people wouldstarve to death virtually overnight. Since the survival of mankind and of the planet is at stake, a decisionwas made to accelerate the history of the region so as to bring its people in tandem with the rest of theworld and thus advance together towards a sustainable civilization. You can spare your people a lot of hardship and decades of death by war, engineered terrorism, incitedethnic strife, and irradiation by depleted uranium shells by adopting legislation that restricts family size totwo children. This would get the American and British intelligence services out of your country and stoptheir covert destabilization activities. For the sake of the Iraqi people, I hope that you will follow my advice.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness361 | P a g e
