The international community began covertly subverting the reproductive systems of the Haitianpeople in 1962, during the presidency of Jean-Claude Duvalier (1957-1971).Those who have tried to oppose the sterilization program, like President Jean-Bertrand Aristide,have been removed from power.Since the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the United Nations Stabilisation Mission In Haiti(UNSTAMIH), which has been in the country since 2004, has intensified and accelerated itsprogram of covert depopulation under the guise of humanitarian aid.Considering the state of chaos and lawlessness as well as the economic desperation andenvironmental devastation of Haiti, all of which are the result of overpopulation andmismanagement, the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1542 declared the situation inHaiti to be a threat to international peace and security.328 | P a g e
