More recently, the Malaria drug Artemisinin also doubles as a covert sterilization methodand since Malaria kills more people than any other disease in Guinea-Bissau its treatment is a great wayto get to the adult population and subvert its fertility.In light of the fact that Guinea-Bissau’s population has tripled since 1950 and that more than 40% of yourcitizens are below 14 years of age and that two-thirds of the population lives below the poverty line, Iunderstand the need for an effective population control program but it need not be a covert and illegalone. I therefore ask that you draft appropriate legislation to bring your country’s population controlefforts into the open and within the rule of law and that you join my effort to make replacement levelfertility a Planetary Security Prerogative that no nation and no person on earth can henceforth escape.Until such time as population growth is under control, Guinea-Bissau will not be able to escape thepoverty trap and will not know peace. The country has been on a slippery slope for the past forty yearswhich is why the number of doctors per capita has decreased to an appalling 5 physicians per 100,000persons and why no president has successfully served a full five year term since 1974.
