The decline in fertility from 7.2 to 5.4children per woman has been accomplished through adulterated sterilizing vaccines and themalaria drug Artemisinin.The program of depopulation was agreed to by the current president of Angola, José Eduardo dosSantos, undoubtedly under heavy pressure from the UN and the international community.President Santos resisted the overtures of the UN from 1979, when he assumed office, until1995.After independence in 1975, Angola faced several decades of devastating civil war that claimedmillions of lives but had little or no effect on its population growth and no effect whatsoever onits total fertility rate.As a late starter, Angola will not reach replacement level fertility until the end of the centuryunder a high variant scenario (and not until 2080 under a low variant scenario), by which time itspopulation will have swollen to 98 million people from the current 24 million.31 | P a g e
